Construction Waste Removal Dubai, Rubble Cleared After Your Renovation
Renovation finished, rubble left behind? Our construction waste removal Dubai crews load tiles, gypsum, timber and old fittings, then sweep up.
Most free collectors refuse building waste. We take it from villas, flats, shops and offices, with trucks up to seven tonnes.
Send a photo of the debris on WhatsApp. We reply with a fixed price, a truck size and a time.
Licensed company. Fully insured. Open 6am to 11pm, seven days.
Debris Removal: How Fast Can You Clear My Site?
Most construction waste jobs happen the same day. Message us before midday and we can usually reach you within a few hours.
Fast debris removal keeps the next trade working. A tiler cannot start while broken tiles cover the floor.
Our crews start at 6am, which suits shops and offices that open later. Some villa communities only allow removals at set hours, so tell us your community when you book.
Our Construction Waste Removal Dubai Services
Renovation waste removal covers more than rubble. This is what each kind of job usually involves.
Broken Tiles, Concrete and Rubble
Old floor and wall tiles, broken blocks, concrete chunks and empty cement bags. Rubble is heavy, so we size the truck for weight.

Before and after: scrap metal sheets cleared from a driveway.
Gypsum Board and Ceiling Panels
False ceilings, partition walls and plaster. Gypsum board disposal needs care, because broken boards crumble and spread dust through the building.
Old Kitchens and Bathroom Fittings
Kitchen cabinets, countertops, toilets, basins, bathtubs and shower trays. Ask your plumber to disconnect them before we arrive.
Timber, Doors and Skirting
Old doors, frames, skirting boards, wooden flooring and shuttering timber. Doors in good condition may be resold.
Metal Pipes and Scrap
Pipes, rods, old window frames and broken metal fittings. They go in the same load as the rest of your debris.
Office and Shop Fit Out Debris
Partitions, ceiling tiles, carpet tiles and packaging left after a fit out. We work early, before your neighbours open. For desks, chairs and old stock, see our commercial junk removal page.

Before and after: timber offcuts and boxes cleared from storage shelves.
What We Do Not Take From Building Sites
For safety and legal reasons, some renovation waste stays with your contractor:
We never say no to building waste because it is heavy, dusty or broken.
Why Is Building Waste So Hard to Get Rid of in Dubai?
Homeowners and small contractors run into the same three problems.
Free Collectors Refuse Rubble
Free junk collectors earn money by reselling what they collect. Rubble, gypsum and old tiles have no resale value. So building waste sits on their refused list.
Bin Crews Will Not Take It
Community bin crews handle everyday household waste. One Dubai resident replaced a toilet and found nobody would take the old one. His plumber had no way to dispose of it, and the bin crew refused it too.
Dumping Carries Heavy Fines
Dubai’s waste law, Law No. 18 of 2024, bans leaving waste in public places. Federal fines go higher. Gulf News reports that private entities face up to AED 1 million for dumping in open areas.
How Much Does Construction Waste Removal Cost in Dubai?
Construction waste usually carries a disposal fee, because rubble cannot be resold. We fix your price from photos before we leave our yard. The price on WhatsApp is the price you pay.
What Other Options Cost in Dubai
| Option | Typical cost | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Your renovation contractor | Check your contract | Some contracts include clearing the debris. Many leave it to you |
| Private haulier, small job | AED 99 to 150 | A common market minimum |
| Private haulier, standard pickup | AED 150 to 300 | One truck and two crew |
| Skip hire, 3 to 5 cubic metres | AED 400 to 620 | A skip you load yourself, if your community allows one |
| Junk Removal Solutions | Fixed price from your photos | Loaded by our crew from any floor, area swept |
Market rates are published competitor prices from takejunkindubai.com and dubaiwaste.com. They are a guide, not our quotes.
Construction Waste Disposal Fees in Dubai
Disposal sites charge by the tonne. Under Executive Council Resolution No. 58 of 2017, construction and demolition waste costs AED 20 per tonne at landfill. General mixed waste costs AED 100 per tonne.
That gap matters. Clean rubble costs far less to dispose of than rubble mixed with household rubbish. Keep them apart and your price drops.
What Changes Your Price
How to Get an Accurate Price From Photos
Clear photos mean no surprises on the day.
Do I Need a Skip or a Truck for Renovation Waste?
For most home renovations, a truck is simpler.
Skip hire in Dubai means a container outside your home for days while you fill it yourself. Dubai Municipality Circular 4 of 2015 requires skips to have tight covers. Many gated communities do not allow skips at all.
Our truck arrives, our crew loads it, and it leaves the same visit. Nothing blocks your driveway overnight.
A skip can still suit long projects that create waste every day for weeks. For those, ask your contractor about skip hire.
The Equipment We Use to Protect Your Property
Debris often has to cross finished floors, new doors and freshly painted walls. Our crews come ready for that.
| Renovation job | Usual truck |
|---|---|
| One bathroom or a small repair | One tonne pickup |
| A kitchen and bathroom, or a flat refurbishment | Three tonne truck |
| A villa extension or a full strip out | Seven tonne truck |
These are typical sizes. Rubble is heavy, so we confirm the truck from your photos.
Rules for Moving Construction Waste in Dubai
Dubai controls who carries building waste and how. These rules protect you as well as the city.
Authorised Vehicles Only
Law No. 18 of 2024 says waste must go to disposal sites in authorised vehicles. A passing pickup truck offering a cheap price may not qualify.
Covered Loads
Circular 4 of 2015 requires open trucks carrying construction waste to be covered. The same law bans letting waste scatter from vehicles onto public roads.
Permits for Handling Waste
Resolution 58 of 2017 sets a AED 10,000 fine for carrying out a waste management activity without a permit. Always ask who is collecting your debris. We are a licensed company.
Insured, and We Repair or Replace Any Damage
Every construction waste job is fully insured. Our crew might chip new tiles, scrape a fresh wall or mark a lift. If that happens, we repair it or replace it.
That matters most at the end of a renovation, when everything around the debris is brand new.

Why Choose Junk Removal Solutions
Clearing Waste During a Renovation, Not Just After
Waiting until the end means rubble blocks rooms for weeks. It also makes the final load bigger and heavier.

Before and after: debris cleared from a corridor.
Many homeowners book us at each stage instead. Once after demolition, once after tiling, and once at handover. Each visit is smaller, and your site stays safe to walk through.
Share your contractor’s schedule when you book, and we plan the visits around it.

Case Studies
Case Study 1: Gypsum Boards in a Corridor After an Office Fit Out
The job. In September 2026, an office fit out in Dubai left gypsum boards and a ladder in a shared corridor. Our crew photographed it before collection.
What it shows. Fit out debris in shared corridors blocks neighbours and fire routes. It needs clearing fast, and carefully, past finished walls.
The result. The gypsum boards were removed and the corridor was cleared.
Case Study 2: Broken Paving Blocks at a Villa Gate
The job. In September 2026, a Dubai villa had broken paving blocks stacked at its gate after outdoor work. Our crew photographed them before loading.
Why it needed a paid service. Broken paving has no resale value, and it is far too heavy for household bins.
The result. The paving blocks were loaded and removed, and the gate area was left clear.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you remove an old toilet or basin?
Yes. Old toilets, basins and bathtubs are a normal part of a renovation load. Ask your plumber to disconnect them first.
Do you take old doors and wooden boards?
Yes, rotten or in good shape. Good doors may be resold. Rotten ones go to disposal.
Do you carry debris down from upper floors?
Yes. We carry it from any floor, using the service lift where the building allows.
Can my contractor leave the debris in the parking area?
Yes, if building security allows it. Tell us the exact spot, and we collect it there.
Do I need to bag rubble before you come?
No. Bagged rubble loads faster, but loose debris is fine. Our crew bags it on site.
Can you take wet cement or fresh plaster?
Not while it is wet. Let it set hard first, then it goes with the rest of your rubble.
Do you remove old AC units and water heaters?
Yes, with the rest of your renovation waste. A technician should disconnect them first.
Can you come before my shop opens?
Yes. We start at 6am, so most shop and office jobs finish before opening time.
